At Carebear Playhouse, we value and protect the privacy of every child and family. This policy outlines how we safeguard personal, cultural, and sensitive information, aligning with the Greater Good Temple Society’s mission of holistic care and respect. Care Bear Playhouse, LLC provides structured youth enrichment programming at 1730 Belvoir Hwy, Greenville, NC. All services are session-based instructional activities. By enrolling a participant or purchasing any program, the enrolling parent or guardian agrees to the Organization's Enrollment Agreement, Liability Waiver, Media Release, and Payment Agreement. Care Bear Playhouse, LLC does not provide licensed custodial childcare services. Parents and legal guardians retain full legal responsibility for enrolled participants at all times. The Organization reserves the right to modify programming, schedules, and fees upon reasonable notice. Safety and Participation Policy — Care Bear Playhouse, LLC

Care Bear Playhouse, LLC maintains a structured, respectful instructional environment for all participants. Participants are expected to engage constructively with staff and peers. The Organization reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct poses a safety risk or disrupts the learning environment.

Care Bear Playhouse, LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from participant failure to follow safety instructions. Parents and guardians assume all risk associated with voluntary participation. In the event of a medical emergency during a scheduled session, Organization staff will contact emergency services and attempt to notify the enrolled Guardian immediately.

Care Bear Playhouse, LLC collects participant name, date of birth, emergency contact information, and payment information solely for enrollment administration and program delivery. This information is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law. Photographs, video recordings, and media produced during programs may be used for marketing, documentation, and educational purposes as authorized by the signed Media Release Agreement.
